Heroes Often Fail
By Frank Zafiro
PUB:  Aisling Press
ISBN:  978 1934677162

When six-year old Amy Dugger goes missing the Lieutenant is slow to accept the eye witnesses account of a kidnapping.  The witness is Amy's best friend, Kendra Ferguson, another six-year old.

Finally accepting the facts, the investigation begins in ernest, but will it be too little too late?  The little girls face haunts them all.

Frank Zafira weaves the story of one of the most terrifying crimes to plague society, while he reveals the lives, loves, fears, weaknesses, and strengths of the men and women working the case.  I highly recommend this book, a good strong read with the gritty truths of life.
